4. Esports Bintan Championship
The Esports Bintan Championship is returning in May 2025, bigger and better than ever. Held at Plaza Lagoi, this event will attract more participants and fans than previous years. Organized in partnership with the Bintan Government, it’s a must-attend for gaming enthusiasts.
5. Tour de Bintan
The Tour de Bintan is one of the most awaited international events of the year. After a successful 2023 edition with 515 participants, the event is back in May 2025 to further establish Bintan as a top destination for sports tourism. Cyclists from around the world will gather to race through the scenic routes of the island.
6. Bintan Triathlon
The Bintan Triathlon returns in July 2025 with categories for all levels: Sprint, Olympic, and Enduro. Athletes will swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lagoi Bay, cycle through the island’s picturesque roads, and finish with a run around Lagoi Lake. It’s an event filled with challenge and adventure.
7. Golf Challenge by LIV Golf
Bintan’s biggest golf event is back this September! The Golf Challenge by LIV Golf will be held at the newly reopened Bintan Lagoon Golf. Golf enthusiasts, both players and spectators, are invited to witness this grand competition in a breathtaking setting.
8. Bintan KasmaRun
For a lighter and more fun-filled experience, join the Bintan KasmaRun! This exciting event is perfect for families and casual runners. Happening in October at Plaza Lagoi, it promises a great time for everyone with fun activities and a cheerful vibe.
9. Mandiri Bintan Marathon
The Mandiri Bintan Marathon is one of Indonesia’s premier marathon events. In 2024, the event welcomed 2,400 runners, marking its first post-pandemic success. This year, the organizers are expecting 3,500 participants, including both local and international runners. Don’t miss this exciting race in November 2025.
10. New Year’s Eve Celebration
