This scenic route is now easily accessible with our new one-day trip package from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore, to Bandar Bentan Telani at an affordable SGD 85, including a bike slot. Opting for this package proves more cost-effective than purchasing components separately on different days (e.g., a 2D1N trip).

For bikers coming from Batam, our new direct speedboat from Telaga Punggur, Batam, to Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal, Lagoi, Bintan Resorts, provides direct access to the route. Bikes can be securely stowed inside the speedboat.

Departing at 8 a.m. and returning around 5 p.m., both transportation options are designed for a day filled with cycling bliss.

If you are departing from Singapore to Bintan, hotel booking is not obligatory. You may opt for a Day Tripper experience. For those residing in a resort/hotel within the Bintan Resorts area, kindly inform us for pick-up purposes or as a starting point.

Is Your Cycling Route Safe?

Indeed, safety is our foremost concern. Our cycling routes are meticulously designed with your well-being in mind. A support vehicle accompanies your journey, equipped with a bike mechanic and paramedics.

What Happens When It Rains?

In the event of rainfall, complimentary raincoats are provided. Alternatively, you may choose to temporarily suspend cycling and utilize the provided vehicle.

Can Non-Cyclists Join?

Certainly, non-cyclists can partake by utilizing the provided vehicle, subject to an additional charge.

I Am Traveling Alone, Can I Do This Cycling Trip?

Solo travelers are welcome. However, the full-package option requires a minimum of two cyclists on each route.

Can You Accommodate Large Groups?

Certainly, we are equipped to handle large groups with appropriate vehicles. We strongly advise making reservations at least 3 days in advance for larger groups.

Can You Arrange a Private Trip?

Yes, private tours are available for a minimum booking of 2 cyclists. This includes the provision of a private car for an exclusive experience.

Is a Deposit Needed?

Indeed, a deposit is required. Since advance bookings must be made at least 3 days prior, full payment is expected upon booking confirmation.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Do You Have Tips for The Cycling Trip?

Terms and Conditions

Cyclist Health and Participation Agreement

Cyclists must be in good health, physically fit, and capable of participating in the tour. An indemnity form must be signed to declare agreement with these conditions.

Reservation Process

Cyclists can make reservations through BRC Tour. It is recommended to make an advance booking, preferably not less than 3 days prior to the desired tour date.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required once the booking has been confirmed. The minimum booking is for 2 cyclists, and any additional bookings on the same route and day will be combined.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation for advance bookings should be made not less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. A last-minute cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. However, rescheduling the booking is allowed.

No-Show Policy

A no-show will result in a 100% charge from the total payment.

Additional Charges and Pick-Up Locations

Rates are applicable only for the mentioned areas. For pick-up locations in other areas, an additional fee may apply, depending on the current location. For information on pick-up times in other locations, consult with our reservation staff.

Changes and Rescheduling

Any changes to the booking or rescheduling of the trip should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Health Considerations

The tour is not recommended for cyclists with back problems, those who are pregnant, or individuals with other serious medical conditions.

Force Majeure and Bintan Resorts' Responsibility

Bintan Resorts shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to war, riots, insurrection, natural catastrophes, or any illegal acts.

Force Majeure Notification

If either party becomes aware of any circumstance constituting force majeure or anticipates such circumstances, immediate notification must be provided to the other party via telephone and/or facsimile.
