Updated Changi Airport–Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Shuttle Service from 13 October 2025
Getting from Changi Airport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) is about to get even smoother. From 13 October 2025, the airport–ferry shuttle service will run on a refreshed schedule with added convenience for visitors heading to Bintan and beyond.
New Daily Schedule
The shuttle will operate every day from 9:00am to 7:45pm, with the final drop-off at TMFT. Do note there is a short mid-day service break between 2:30pm and 4:45pm. The full timetable is available online, making it easy to plan your arrival and ferry connections.
Easy Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased in a few simple ways:
- Online: Book directly via cityshuttle.com.sg.
- At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (physical tickets only)
- Anua Group Money Exchangers (7:00am – 5:00pm)
- Baggage Check-In Counter (5:00pm – 7:30pm)
- At Changi Airport (via QR code at Ground Transport Concierge)
- Terminal 1, Basement 1, Lobby B lifts (24 hrs)
- Terminal 2, Arrival Hall, Door 6 (24 hrs)
- Terminal 4, Arrival Hall, Level 1 near Door 8
Fares & Special Round-Trip Promotion
- One-way ticket: SGD $5 per passenger
- Round-trip ticket: Usual price SGD $10
- Promotion: From 13 October, enjoy a special round-trip fare of just SGD $8. This offer is exclusively available at TMFT counters (Anua Group Money Exchangers and Baggage Check-In).
Extra Perks Onboard
Passengers can now stay connected while traveling, with complimentary onboard WiFi, powered by Changi Recommends.
