The integration of Grab services marks a milestone in Bintan Resorts’ commitment to establish its position as an integrated tourism destination. By enabling convenient, app-based transportation throughout the resort area, this collaboration aims to streamline how visitors explore beaches, accommodations, attractions, and leisure facilities—making every journey part of the holiday experience.

Grab Car will be the sole service offered in the area during the initial phase, allowing guests to hail vehicles via the Grab app with the benefits of real-time tracking, professional drivers, and cashless payment options. With these features, both Grab and Bintan Resorts are reinforcing their dedication to convenience, safety, and premium service standards.
