Passport Validity
Passport must be valid for 6 months at time of travel.
Proof of Vaccination
- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses, at least 14 days before date of departure.

- Complete User Profile Registration using your phone number and email.
- Complete the Health Alert Card form before arriving at Bintan Ferry Terminal.

Wear Mask Policy
Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs instruction letter about “COVID-19 Prevention During Endemic Transition Period”, travellers are encouraged to wear masks in some conditions below :
- Activities that involve massive or crowd.
- Indoor (including public transportation).
- People with respiratory symptoms (cough and flu).
- Close contact with a confirmed case.

On Arrival RT-PCR Test (OAT) required for:
Travelers arriving with COVID-19 symptoms and/or body temperature above 37.5 degree Celsius. Travelers are required to self-isolate at their declared hotel while waiting for RT- PCR test result (within 24 hours) before resuming the activities.
Procedure After Receiving Test Results
- If the guest is found positive with asymptomatic or mild symptoms, the medical officer may give recommendation to continue isolation in hotel or transfer to designated isolation center (this service is chargeable).
- If the guest is found positive with medium and severe symptoms, the medical officer may give instructions for hospital care and transfer to the designated local hospital (this service is chargeable).

VISA POLICY

A. Basic Requirements
- Passport validity at least 6 months

B. VISA Free Travel
- Maximum 30 days stay and non-extendable

C. Electronic Visa on Arrival (E-VOA)

- For more than 30 days stay, an additional payable of IDR 500.000/person (renewable ONE TIME ONLY) should be performed.
D. VISA on Arrival (VOA)
- Price IDR 500.000/person for maximum 30 days stay (only accept cash payment)
- For more than 30 days stay, additional payable IDR 500.000/person (renewable ONE TIME ONLY)

Travellers seeking to enter Singapore should comply with the prevailing Public Health as well as Entry Requirements to ensure a smooth journey. Here’s general requirements

- Domestic Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (by sea).
General Requirements
- Travelers are not required to show negative result of RT-PCR/Antigen for those who had fully vaccinated or Booster at least 14 days before the departure date.
- Children under 6 years old are not required to be tested for COVID-19 as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
- Visitors with 1 doze vaccination or not yet vaccinated (Medical Issues) are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result, either RT-PCR (valid 3×24 hours) or antigen (1×24 hours).
