Based on Circular Letter Indonesia National COVID-19 Task Force  No. 19 Year 2022 – Effective from 18 May 2022

1. Passport Validity

  1. Passport must be valid for 6 months at time of travel.

2. Proof of vaccination

  1. Vaccinated minimum 2 doses, at least 14 days before date of departure.
  2. Exemption for children under 6 y.o traveling with fully vaccinated adults.
  3. Non – fully vaccinated Travelers 6-17 y.o will need to be quarantined 5×24 hours and do a second RT-PCR test on day 4 at a designated quarantine facility with accompanying parents/guardians (this service is chargeable). 

3. Pre – Departure Test (PDT) not required for all travelers from Wed 18 May 2022
4. “PeduliLindungi” application

  1. Download app and complete User Profile registration. Utilize “PeduliLindungi” app for activities in Bintan Island and other regions in Indonesia. 
  2. Complete the Health Alert Card form before arriving at Bintan Ferry Terminal. Please click here to obtain the form

5. Visa Requirement (For Non-Indonesian Citizens)

  1. 9 countries are eligible for Free Visa and 60 countries for Visa on Arrival. Please click here for more information.
  2. All other nationalities not listed are required to apply for an online visa (https://visa-online.imigrasi.go.id/index.xhtml).

6. Travel Insurance  (For Non-Indonesian Citizens)

  1. Required to have Travel Health Insurance with COVID-19 treatment included (https://online.aig.com.sg/AIGSingapore/apps/services/www/AIGSG/desktopbrowser/default/AIGSG.html?VWVYbc#purchase-travel).

7. On Arrival RT- PCR TEST (OAT) Required for:

  1. Travelers arriving with COVID-19 symptoms and/or body temperature above 37.5 degree CelsiusTravelers are required to self-isolate at their declared hotel while waiting for RT- PCR test result (within 24 hours) before resuming the activities.
  2. Non-Fully vaccinated travelers (include those certified medically ineligible for vaccination)*
  3. Exception for children under 6 years old

  1. Travelers who are medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination may present Doctor’s Memo to Certify Medically Ineligibility Status. 
  2. Traveler are required to take On Arrival RT-PCR Test (OAT) in Bintan terminal. If OAT result is positive, travelers would need to serve 5x24hours isolation at designated isolation facilities (this service is chargeable).

8. Procedure After Receiving Test Results

  1. If the guest is found positive with asymptomatic or mild symptoms, the medical officer may give recommendation to continue isolation in hotel or transfer to designated isolation center (this service is chargeable).
  2. If the guest is found positive with medium and severe symptoms, the medical officer may give instructions for hospital care and transfer to the designated local hospital (this service is chargeable).

9. COVID-19 RT-PCR  / Antigen (ART) Test Services in Bintan Resorts

  1. RT-PCR (IDR 300.000/pax result within 24 hours) or ART (IDR 100.000/pax result within 15 mins) services in Bintan Resorts available at PT. Annora Multi Intech (https://pcr.annora.id/).

1. Passport Validity

2. Valid Entry Visa

3. Proof of vaccination

  1. Fully vaccinated (Digitally verifiable Vaccination Certificate with QR code if possible). 
  2. Children aged 12 years and below in the calendar year are not required to be fully vaccinated.

4. Pre-Departure Test (PDT)

  1. Fully vaccinated passenger or child* aged 12 years or below in that calendar year are not required to provide PDT proof.

5. SG Arrival Card

  1. Submit SG Arrival Card health and travel history declaration up to 3 days before arriving in Singapore (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/).

6. TraceTogether Application

  1. Install & Activate the TraceTogether Mobile app to facilitate contact tracing.
  2. Travellers aged 6 or below this year are exempted from installing TraceTogether.
  3. If you encounter issues activating TraceTogether:
    1. Submit a request for assistance to support@tracetogether.gov.sg; OR
    2. Collect a TraceTogether token after arrival for a one-time fee of S$13

  1. Post 1 Simpang Lagoi (by land).
  2. Domestic Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (by sea).


  1. Travellers are not required to show negative result of RT-PCR/Antigen for those who had fully vaccinated or Booster at least 14 days before the departure date.
  2. Children under 6 years old are not required to be tested for COVID-19 as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
  3. Visitors with 1 doze vaccination or not yet vaccinated (Medical Issues) are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result, either RT-PCR (valid 3×24 hours) or antigen (1×24 hours).


1). Can International Travelers go outside of Bintan Resorts?

Visitors can travel outside the Bintan Resorts area.

2). Where can I get the COVID-19 RT-PCR or Antigen Test service at Bintan Resorts?

For booking and reservation of RT-PCR (IDR 300.000/pax result within 24 hours) or ART (IDR 100.000/pax result within 15 mins) services in Bintan Resorts available at PT. Annora Multi Intech (https://pcr.annora.id/).

3). Is it possible for Domestic travelers from other Indonesia Regions to enter Bintan Resorts?

Domestic travelers can enter to Bintan Resorts with fully vaccinated and Booster. For those who had vaccinated dose 1 or not yet vaccinated (medical issues) must provide with COVID-19 negative letter either RT-PCR (3 x 24 hours) or ART (1 x 24 hours).

4). Can Domestic Residents travel to Singapore through the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal?

Domestic Residents can travel to Singapore via Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal by following the provisions of Fully Vaccinated Travelers to Singapore (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/general-travel/fully-vaccinated).
