Terms & Conditions – Speedboat Transfer (Batam ↔ Lagoi)

1. 1. Ticket Validity

      • Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.

      • Any changes are subject to seat availability and confirmation by the operator.

   2. Check-in Time

      • Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure time.

      • Boarding will close 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

   3. Travel Duration

      • Estimated travel time is approximately 30 minutes, subject to sea and weather conditions.

   4. Luggage Allowance

      • Each passenger is allowed 1 hand-carry (max 7kg) and 1 standard luggage (max 20kg).

      • Oversized or additional luggage may incur extra charges.

   5. Safety & Conduct

      • Passengers must follow all crew instructions during boarding and the journey.

      • Dangerous goods, alcohol consumption, and disorderly behavior are strictly prohibited.

   6. Cancellations & Refunds

      • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

      • In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or technical reasons, an alternative schedule or full refund will be provided.

   7. Liability

      • The operator is not liable for delays, missed connections, or personal losses due to factors beyond control (e.g., weather, sea conditions, government regulations).

   8. Post-Event Return

      • Return transfers from Lagoi to Batam are designed for direct post-event travel. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are ready for early morning departures.
